You will be tasked with focusing on performance growth, as well as the key metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery to their business plan. To qualify you must have a Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or Production Management, with at least ten years of experience in a senior plant manufacturing capacity (preferably in the metals processing industry). You will also need a familiarity with process improvement (i.e. LEAN, Six Sigma, TQM and ISO) and excellent project-management, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
