Plant Manager Union, South Carolina As our client’s Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall supervision, direction and coordination of all manufacturing and distribution functions in their facility. You will be tasked with focusing on performance growth, as well as the key metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery to their business plan. To qualify you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Production Management, with at least ten years of background in a senior plant manufacturing capacity (preferably in the metals processing industry). You will also need a familiarity with process improvement (i.e. LEAN, 6 Sigma, TQM and ISO) and excellent project-management, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
